How do you get a license from different university to use there trademark logos for a embroidery business?

I just started an embroidery business and I wanted to market the College bookstores, I wanted to know how do I go about getting licensed to used the many different university logos and school names to embroider onto promotional items like t-shirts, hats, visors, bags, things of that nature. Do you guys have any suggestions. Thanks!
