You can’t use it on items? .. Depends on what kind of items you’re talking about. If you’ve downloaded the game, and gotten the promo credits, you could use it in the shop, most likely. If not, then your game has an error or something.. Promo credits can be used on anything in the shop, but not on music on the homepage, and such..

You can use promo creds on anything, you just can’t give them away. Something must be wrong with your IMVU.
