You can use promo creds on anything, you just can't give them away. Something must be wrong with your IMVU.

You can't use it on items? .. Depends on what kind of items you're talking about. If you've downloaded the game, and gotten the promo credits, you could use it in the shop, most likely. If not, then your game has an error or something.. Promo credits can be used on anything in the shop, but not on music on the homepage, and such..

I make Custom Temporary Barcode Tattoos on my website.

The barcodes are made using Code 128 style encryption, so the tattoos actually scan! Each tattoo lasts about a day. To remove you just peel them off.

Just look in your phone book.. Post on Craigslist.. someone in your area should do henna tattoos.. it is really the best way to go for a temp tattoo

Tattoo shops should be able to do temporary tattoos (Henna tattoos, I think they're called). Most tattoo artists can do pretty much anything, so a few lines shouldn't be a problem, if a tattoo parlor near you does temporary tattoos.
