Where can i make a personalized gift? (not online)?
Hey everybody!
I want to make a personalized gift for my friend (like a pen with his initials on it or a key chain with his name), but i don’t have time to order it online and wait for it to be shipped to me. It’s like a last minute gift.
Where can i find a person who can Engrave words on any object i give him? Do they even exist? Maybe at the mall or some special shop US wide?
Please, need your help, i’ve looked everywhere online

Check your yellow pages to see what’s offered in your area. In my hometown we have an engraving shop, but customized work like that always requires more than a day or two. Unless you’re willing to shell out a lot more to have it rushed, but they still won’t do it that quickly if they have a crazy workload (and they probably do at this time of year). My town also has a kiln; you walk in, buy a porcelain trinket, they provide the paint, you paint it, they glaze and fire it. It’s easy, fun, customized, and more personal because you have done it with your own hands!
has anyone started an at home on-line business?
I want to know a bout real stories. Not the get rich themes. I have a full-time job and 2 kids. I want to start an online novelty store that is independent (you know personalize items , pens, magnets, shirts, company mugs) . I can do this I just don’t know how to become the middle man. ~COMPANY-ME-CUSTOMER~ help!
I know that I have to register my business name and list an ad in the paper. the thing I need help with is finding to company to do my printing and have my product for cheap so that I can have an overhead. It would be even better if they were 2-n-1 had the product and did the printing. Any useful suggestions would be helpful!
